So anyone else heading to the event this weekend?

I'm there. Got it all planned out and shifted some things with work so I can make all the seminars, etc.

Yeah - I will only be there from 10am - 2pm on Saturday - for the Descent seminars. The one for OLs, Dungeon Design, and for Heroes. Then an hour to look around - spend money on things my wife will yell at me about most likely. Fun stuff like that.

I will be submitting a dungeon for the make over contest - but unfortunately will be with family on the Sunday at the time they announce anything - so I will miss that. But there are worse things... Just happy I get to be there for the 4 hours of seminars I want to be at.

I live in the Twin Cities and I would like to go just to get all the FAQ crap answered, and to maybe pick their brains about how they design this stuff, and how they playtest it.

But that just isnt worth 25 bucks to me.

When the original cost was $60 I poo-pooed it as well. For $25 the chance to hear from the guys doing and the contests and the playing and then the special scenarios and the four (?) new heroes playable in every Terrinoth game pretty much meant I couldn't turn it down.

I tend to take notes at things like this, so I might do a little write up.

I'll be there. I'm planning on going to the Friday seminar on the history/creation process of Terrinoth, the 4 Saturday morning seminars, and the sneak-peak at 5pm on Saturday. I'll be taking notes/pictures as well. Sadly I can't be there for the Sunday events, but at least I managed to shuffle things enough so that I could go for two of the three days. Living in Wisconsin, it's not too far out of the ay for me, thankfully .
