Is there a place online to buy single cards?

Annoyingly..nope.

I've seen a few instances on eBay here and there. Usually in bundles, like 12 singles at once. No seeming rhyme or reason to it though.

A shame. But yes so far there is no way. And in the feature the odds are even slimmer since you'll be getting the maximum nr of possible cards from the bp's. So mostly it'll be people quitting the game and doing away their cards.
