paint schemes and, sorry, but uh, I could not find a better way to vote... So uh.
I'd like your assistance doing such. You've got eight votes to use and sixteen choices- trying to narrow it down to four, so I'll likely be doing this again. Anyway, here's the paintjobs.

Hit me with eight choices each post, if you will. Really wanna' make sure the best ones are picked. If you care at all about the reasons for each paintjob...
Phoenix: This one's a different take on the Green and Yellow we saw in Rebels. Wanted to do something aggressive and direct... and maybe with a hint of Sprite.
Zero: You even gotta' ask? So a long time ago I repainted my A-Wing like a Japanese Zero. It's kind of a joke about the A-Wing suicide run and Japanese Kamikaze pilots way back when. Might be a touch insensitive by today's standards... But it's funny.
Orran: So this is a bit out of place. This paint scheme comes from a fictional universe I work on, and their ships/fightercraft often sport this livery.
Golden: Actually submitted by a friend, though I did heavily alter it. Obviously designed after a Y-Wing's paintjob.
Blaze: Same friend, different paint! Very striking, not very sure of its origin though.
Rebel : You've seen this if you've seen my neat T-85 paintjob. Wanted to apply that classic Rebel look here too.
Sterling: Hey, why NOT include something very Macross? Why not pay homage to the best pilot from the classic Robotech series? Pretty sure Max Sterling would rock an A-Wing hardcore. (If this one dies, it'll end up in T-70 running!)
Ardian: Same as Orran basically.
Sekhmet: Look, I just think the egyptian color palette is really, really poppin'.
Resistance: Because I'm fair. I HATE the Resistance A-Wing paintjob to pieces. Seriously, it's the worst! But oh well.
Tallie: Okay honestly this is just voting for stock. But it's a totally valid choice. Make it if you want to! If you don't, Tallie won't be in her A-Wing when I fly her.
L'ulo: Because you can't run an RZ-1 on an RZ-2's statline, not in tournaments. I would love to, given L'ulo never flew an RZ-2, but why not compromise? Classic paint scheme pops pretty hard, gotta' say.
Traitor: This is a TIE/SF paintjob applied to an RZ-2. Why not? Imply somebody came over. Kept their colors.
Fox: Because we don't have Arwings.
Greer: Based it off her funky purple A-Wing. I like this one a lot.
Zari: Because she strikes me as somebody who's A-Wing would have a fairly aggressive paintjob.
