This may have been answered before, and I feel like a total noob asking this. But for those of you that have purchased the Conversion kits, and a few of the new ship expansion packs, not Lando's Millennium Falcon or 1st edition expansions, are the upgrade and pilot cards in the new 2nd edition different from the cards in the conversion kits? I was at my flgs last night contemplating whether they were or not, and a quick search via our best friend google didn't turn up any results. I'd rather not double up on too many models if I don't have to, but if there are new cards I would find that pill easier to swallow.

Other than what is in the 2.0 core set, anything that is in the Wave 1 expansions is in the conversion kits.

Except Lando's Falcon.

Everything that is in a reprint of 1e is either in the conversion kits or the core set.

Many things that are in 2e only ships (including the Reaper and Saw's renegades which had a 2e...ish... release) are not in either the core set or conversion kits.

Conversion kits don't contain everything. Afterburners can only be found in the core and Fang pack (1 each). If you know what you're looking for you can check the Second Edition wiki: the pages there tell you in which packs you can find the pilots and upgrades.
