~~QUERY: was @GhostofNobodyInParticular scanned at any point and if so by which unit and with which result please?~~

Pure read vs read, I like Gnips over LP. But thats based on a very early read.

Other things I know;

1) Both cops scan gnips as anti-town.

2) Gnips scanned as recently as the night before last

3) No one has scanned LP since the lynch

4) I didn’t see anything on mafiascum regarding an evolving role. But the mentor/mentee role worked a little different also?

Honestly, I’d vote me, if I didn’t already know that was wrong. Don’t vote me, whichever one of you isnt a filthy liar, I’m just pointing it out.

Me too.

You have so far seemed a reasonable townie. But then, so has LP.

Since you didn't lynch LP when you had the chance, I have to assume you're town. . . which means I am back to LP. Is he a 3rd party? Ebon gave the impression that he was the last scum. Clon implied he was the last cult. If LP is an SK, his kills have remarkably coincided with scum's. If he is a second cult mentor, he has been decidedly unlucky.

~~QUERY: is there such a unit as a ScumBotCop?~~

Not in this game. But I’ve heard of scum role cops.

Is it possible for somebody not to know their true alignment?

again? A one-shot lynchproof scum could be an acceptable target, or of course Clon recruited him (he didn't account for all his recruitments, did he?).

I think this is the answer guys. I think we’ve been going about this wrong. We’re looking for the answers out there, but the answer was inside us all along!

I don't think I had the opportunity to lynch you. Wasn't I the only vote on you this day?

For the record - I am not certain whether or not I would have lynched you.

Also: there have been roles that switch alignment when certain conditions are met. Perhaps lynching LP was it?

++ANALYSIS++

++This unit could have been destroyed by @Madaghmire but was not++

++ @GhostofNobodyInParticular is “not certain whether or not” it would have VoteZapped this unit++

++PRELIMINARY CONCLUSION: this unit is therefore almost forced to choose Mads>GNIP for CIS loyalty at this time ++

Ok. So we know Clon could not have aquired any more mentees, since;

1) the was no opportunity to do so as he was hung right after pod died with no night phase betwixt them

and

2) he died, and mentees die with the mentor

So either;

1) Gnips is also a godfather

or

2) LP has some kind of evolving role after he gets lynched

A natural conclusion.

I will point out though that of us three, Mad is the only one who has not been scanned by the verified cop. And he isn't cleared because of the NK due to the fact that he was targeted by cult.

We have plenty of time to mull this over, so I shall sign out for now.

Yep, sooo on the me vs. Lp/Ebon.

I think it's pretty easy to see at this point which of us is bloodthirsty...

I suspect a Bertie, Ebon , LP scum team. It appears Ebon and Bertie staged an argument day 2 to spread out suspicion. It worked too except for Heros reads.

Good call clon! I just wanted to bring this out there cuz it deserves kudos.

Normally you'd be reluctant to destroy TR-45 "Clonekiller," veteran of countless engagements, former aide to Pre Vizsla. But the probability of unfavorable outcomes is rising. Buzz droid production in subsector four is down 85%, but there are far more than enough units for a quick dissection. (The disassembly rack is being used on some hapless B1s who accidentally threw away J-4884's chair.) After roughly 3.248 seconds the rotary saws fail, shrieking to a halt. You pry open TR-45's chest plate; everyone's processors take a second to calibrate. It seems that beneath his battered exterior, TR-45 has a heart of beskar...

The lynch on @Lord Preyer has failed.

Night 5 begins. It will end in 24 hours or when all night actions are in.

Anyone know wtf beskar is? Also, note the difference in tone between this and LTD’s flavor reveals.

One problem I have is why was LP so resistant to being lynched if he was also lynchproof?

++INTERNAL [DEATH DEFIANCE EMERGENCY PROTOCOL ACTIVATED]++
++COMMS: EXPLANATION/ADMISSION/APOLOGY/CIRCUMSTANTIAL SUBSTANTIATION/ACTIONS?++
~~STATEMENT [EXPLANATION]: This unit is a Deathproof CIS Loyalist who apologises for misleading fellow CIS loyalists previously but deemed it necessary in order to avoid falsely claiming a different power role or revealing this unit’s supershielding to corrupted units.~~
~~[cont.] It had been this unit’s intention to avoid being VoteZapped at all costs so as to make it into the Endgame whereupon this unit estimated there was a 73.2694% chance of being attacked by enemy units during a Recharge Cycle. This unit’s supershield would then have been fully operational to prevent this unit’s destruction during the crucial Endgame VoteZap period with all the benefits to fellow loyalists and all the confoundments to Scumbots that such a strategem would construe.~~
~~ADMISSION: this unit’s tactique has however failed and this unit now faces the MidGame/Endgame)without its supershield.~~
~~APOLOGY: this unit apologises for lying about “Vanilla Town” statement. There will be no use of corrupted rhetorical logic patterns to dilute this unit’s transgression in this respect. This unit lied. This unit apologises. This unit has consistently sought in this and previous scenarios to choose truth>lies as this unit finds lies... *whirrr* *click*... CHALLENGING to its ethics processors.~~
~~APOLOGY (CONT.): This unit was well aware at the time that it was violating CIS/ALPHADIRECTIVE/LYNCHALLLIARS and accepts the consequences ranging from adverse reactions to demands for deactivation. Accordingly, if fellow loyal units command, this unit stands ready to engage SELF DESTRUCT PROTOCOL and Self-VoteZap as penance for its failed gambit if that is what likely loyalists (see below) so wish. This unit maintains that had the gambit proven successful it would have been of high value to CIS loyalists but fully accepts the consequences of the gambit’s failure.~~
~~CIRCUMSTANTIAL SUBSTANTIATION: units may wish to consider the symmetry of ModGod @thejabbawookie scenario: 2 CopBot type roles; 2 RepairBot/Mentor-ee type roles (!); 2 ShieldBot type roles~~
~~ACTIONS?: should fellow loyalist units forgive this unit its transgression there are certain positives gained from this situation:~~
~~> @Herowannabe is confirmed as an Insane CopBot (as this unit has repeatedly theorised)~~
~~> @Madaghmire is confirmed as a CopBot with reverse reads (either insane or paranoid - Mads unit states Insane which this unit has also repeatedly theorised. Cf. ModGod Jabba symmetry)~~
~~> @EbonHawk is confirmed as CIS loyal per two scans [!NOTE: counter: Godfather unit warning from Clon!] ~~
~~> @clontroper5 is confirmed as a hostile unit~~
~~> This unit recommends a VoteZap on @clontroper5 v (but only after Clon unit statements/interrogation have been exhausted~~ ++ {FAIRPLAY Protocols confirmed as paramount}++
~~FINALLY: should units Hero, Mads and Ebon (who this unit believes are supermajority %-likely CIS loyal) wish this unit’s destruction for whatever reason than this unit will SelfVoteZap as penance and proof of its actions and pedigree.~~
~~To repeat: this unit is sorry for its failed gambit. This unit is sorry for its lie. This unit hopes the data revealed by the VoteZap is seen for just how valuable it is. This unit hopes that it can redeem itself in service to the Confederacy.~~

Deathproof. Not lynchproof, deathproof. Presumably, single shot? Hypothesis: LTD began the game as third party deathproof survivor, or town, and would join whichever faction triggered his deathproof.

What do we think?
