~~NEW QUERY: why current Vote against Ebon?~~

~~INFO REQUEST: are these VoteZaps: random/serious?~~

1. cause I made a Seppies joke

2. cause Pod vs Ebon, duh

3. if you don't know, insert more ethanol rich substance into the system pls

Not much to say, due to lack of anything going on, so this post is just to show I am still here.

I can understand a little bit Matt's vote, given that he isn't going to be present for EOD, but I find his vote far too premature unless he is absenting himself from now. Otherwise, he still would have time to discuss and watch conversations rather than randomly voting.

I find Pod and Ebon acting normal.

Cal seems to be doing his scummy thing of posting but without content, so I am keeping an eye on him and advise you all to do the same.

LP has his flavor back (YAY!) and seems mostly clean for now, though he seems to have consistently missed the reasons for Pod's voting.

That's all I have for now.

++Scanning++

Less than 12 hours remaining.

Majority of Caldias posts: Standard scum Caldias. Last two Caldias posts: Nonstandard scum response. Scum typically jump on a train rather than starting new train. Still possible scum? Affirmative. Highest likelihood.

GNiP (or is it GNiPs?) posts: Possible scum play. But I agree with him on Caldias.

CV, Ebon, Pod, Matt, and I have been voted for. Ebon and Pod likely both town, typical rivalry. CV likely town, but Pod's vote typical Pod. Matt voting for me at random may seem scum, but I believe this is a typical town Matt error that Caldias is jumping on.

I prefer a capital 'I' (so GNIPs/GNIP), though I have no idea where the 's' came from.

As for the rest of your post, I think I agree overall, but will hold off voting for now.

Considering this is your first substantive post, I find it a little funny that you're finger wagging at me. Sure, most of my posts have been jokey posts, but I've been present. Don't think you're scum per se, but my eyes are likewise locked on you, good sir.

##Vote Caldias

This one is Bertie's first real post, unless you count him dividing 1 by 11 substantive. Could be a scum jump-on bandwagon thing, trying to follow GNIP and possibly throw blame on him later after I flip town if the lynch is successful.

Is your motive for voting Caldias just because he tends to be scum more often than not? Or are you quoting my post because you agree with my reasoning?

Have to agree with Cal here.

While GNIPs makes some good and valid points about Cals game/posts, it's strange as Cal points out... it is an absolution for me, pod, LP

Yet very clearly stating he thinks Cal is scumming this day.... which both CV and Bertie then jumped onto after..

As said before bed guys when I quoted Cals game, there isn't much to go off, I can see where GNIPs and Bertie are coming from re your posts seeming off.. But that's not enough for a vote from me just yet

I agree with your reasoning and my ongoing rivarly with Cal 😂

Seriously just asked someone to pick a number that wasn't mine.

Sorry Bertie...

I have deniability

Not a good reason to vote someone, also doesn't paint town well in my book as this looks scum

27%, both you and CLon now have posted. I disagree having read the game start post I find it hard to believe some of us don't think Cult is a very real possibility.. Jabba mentioned 'Unit' singular and the transmission of a virus...

So deniability could mean getting recruited by the cult tomorrow... and as Cal pointed out, not best to random vote especially as we actually have some convo starting up

Hmm the plot thickens, so town can flip and join scum?

Oh right, I forgot about your rivalry.

I think this is the first game I've seen when Caldias seems to be doing some actual investigating instead of being vague and voting at the last minute.

His first posts seemed scum, his recent posts seem town. ##unvote for now.

We have 9 hours.

Just now, Constantine Valdor said:

Kind off,

Ac cult would start with 1-2 members, instead of a night kill they would recruit instead and their target would then join the cult and the cult chat, which would repeat until they gain lynch majority.

This also works with 2 scum, 1 cult, where in my previous experience if the cult were to recruit a scum, the cultist would die. So balance wise it could work, the fact Jabba said it's a highly experimental game or whatever makes me me more certain we could have a cult

I don't really like "rivalries" by the way, not saying it's a scum thing, just that it allows scum to hide easier if two town members get into a shouting match.

Cult would be terrifying. If they can fly under the radar they will be hard to root out. Last time I played as cult leader I was able to convert my way into two chats and get lots of inside info. Let's hope we don't have a cult here.

I agree, but after D1. While I don't mind Pod voting me D1 as I do to him as well, when D1 is a crapshoot at best.. After D2 I'd say rivalries should/need to go away

But I wouldn't read to much into Pod/me Pod/CV etc D1

hahahaha 2 chats omg, you were a true mafia king that game... but yes as you say a cult would not be a walk in the park for us at all..

I would imagine at least 1 special cop, or 2 normal ones if a cult.. given we have 12 players is it... (cops please don't make it obvious if you're one) I'm just speculating.. but if we only have the 1 cop against a cult we're gunna need a whole lotta luck

I'm gunna make some food and drink, and hope Matt does make it back before game end as I'd like to see if it changes after the conversation since..

Like Cal I find it odd, with 9 hours on the clock or so.. vote wise d1 I'm looking Matt, CV, Bertie.. for the coordinated push on Cal...

Secondary look on Cal as not letting him out my sights he just toooo good.. but that's when I am barring any changes

My issue isn't with your lack of posts, but their content. Sure, that was only my second post, and my first since RC, but that is not the point. It had potentially helpful content. Your post count had tripled mine with nothing said, which allows you to be seen as present without actually doing anything, which is your normal scum move and hence suspicious.

Your own comment admits this. You claim to have been present, despite jokey posts. This is exactly why I am suspicious. Present without content is worse than scummarining because people overlook it. It is dangerous and something you consistently do as scum. Thus, the fact that you are pushing that as your defense makes me all the more suspicious of you. Especially when you keep harping in as substantive when commenting an other's posts. At the time if my posting, YOU HAD NONE EITHER. Yet you overlook that.

No, it isn't. It is my initial thoughts, and I was giving my impressions based on current content. I wasn't saying that I do not suspect you three, nor am I saying I thing you are town. All I am saying is that you all seem to be acting normally, and that I have spotted in Cal's posts a glimpse of his scum play.

I think he COULD be scumming, not he IS scumming. If it were the latter I would have voted him.

The old "picking someone at random because golly gee we need a lynch" gambit. Esp since we still have half a day left to sift.

Well but he’s saying he wont be online between the post and nightfall. Its not ideal, surely, but does it lend itself to scum play?

This is quite helpful in understanding Nips thank you, I get where you're coming from better.. although I'm not sure on anyone this D1.. also thank you for explaining the bit about me and pod that makes more sense than how I read it...

You do make a good argument.. I think Cals odd hence keeping my eye on him, but wouldn't say I'm at a vote yet for him

You probably overlooked, but that's not true. I had voted Matt and gave my reason for it before your post. That I would constitute as substantive.
