Nevermind, I missed your post.
Here’s the thing, if you really feel like you guys will learn the most from my death, go for it. But I think you learn more from one of hero’s trio given that it splashes back on more players. If you kill me, you’ve learned that I was telling you the truth, and you’ve killed a cop. And you soft clear gnips. But before you vote for me, ask;
What was your read of my actions to this point?
If I hadn’t counterclaimed, would I even be discussed as a lynch target?
If I’m scum, given the players Hero mentioned, does a counterclaim make any sort of sense at all?
If I’m town, could I have reasonably held my peace?
Also, when you kill me, just how vicious will Madaghmire be in the observers lounge after pointing all of this out?
##vote LP
I'm waiting for an answer to a question before I post further or vote. But I urge people to hold off on voting for a few. What's our deadline?
back from hospital and catching up now

lol i'm suspicious fo pod, but end of the day not exactly like you've been pushing him for it either?
3 hours ago, GhostofNobodyInParticular said:The bold bit is why I asked, mainly. I am not voting for LP, so why am I lumped with those who are in your lists?
Yeah my bad, I thought of this when down the hosptial, might have been jabbas vote count or just read it wrong... turns out it was Hero/clon/cal my bad dude

So, interesting bit of new information, that Hero is a cop. Its particularly interesting I think, because I am a cop. Furthermore, I know for a fact that I’m either insane or paranoid, because I drew an anti-town result off Matt. I was hoping to go further along without claiming, but I’m forced into this by Hero’s claim.
My actions;
N1- scan Matt/ anti-town.
N2- scan Gnips/ anti-town.
So what does this mean regarding Hero? Well, he could be afflicted with the same malady of the mind that I am. He could also be completely full of ****. I do think he’s right that we should hang one of the people he mentioned and try to clear this up. If he’s sane, he’s pegged our last two scum. If he’s not, it should become clear immediately.
Sooo, what's Cal in all this then? How did he know about the Doc?
This makes me even more sure on Hero being Cult

Cal claimed doc.

First in response to @EbonHawk and everything else that has been said about me up to now: I have been 100% truthful and as I indicated before, I’m happily willing to sacrifice myself to prove it. I’ll even vote for myself if that’s what the group wants, because we probably learn more from my death than anyone else’s.
@Madaghmire ‘s claim is interesting because he’s saying that he IS an insane/paranoid cop.
Lynching GNIP tells us nothing because we already know Mad isn’t a sane cop.
Hey bud, Mads claim is intriguing as it would seem to confirm in my mind you're pulling a scum play.. BUT and big BUT... Mads claim is more reminiscent of Jabbas than you..
Your reads give me/LP and as I know my role, I have to assume your sanity isn't all there. BUT the thing is with Mads claim, he adds in Matt (great as role already was known), and GNips (a great push if scum/cult and you know he isn't)
which actaulyl makes me more inclined to think Hero is the true cop and mad isn't RN...

I dont see the cult thing Ebon. Feels like town never had a chance if theres a cult and I’m insane.
~~STATEMENT: this unit is confused by the claims of two seemingly insane cops~~
~~This unit is ready and willing to be VoteZapped.~~
~~However, this unit fears a false Insane Cop Claim Scenario (henceforth known as simply: “pulling a Jabba”) in which case NOBLE SACRIFICE PROTOCOL may prove pointless~~
@Caldias how did you know about the Doc last night please
2 minutes ago, GhostofNobodyInParticular said:Cal claimed doc.
ahhh ty thank you, that makes sense
okay so Mad/Hero...
No matter who I look at as scum they both fit well IMO...
What gets me though is we can't have 2 insane cops can we? and out of Hero/Mad knowing my own role it has to be Hero who is insane, which makes me suspect of Mad..
But then Heros claim if cult fits perfectly.. either way if we think cult we have minimum of 4 bad guys operating right now which is good odds at getting one for us
then could two insane cops be the sort of experimental Jabba was on about?
5 minutes ago, Madaghmire said:I dont see the cult thing Ebon. Feels like town never had a chance if theres a cult and I’m insane.
I don't see 3 scum, with 2 protective roles plus 2 cops (assuming we take pod as BG which if not then why is no one pressuring?)
2 scum, 1 cult Jabba did say experimental, and again if we take pod at his word it makes ZERO sense have a town protection train that can literally out win mafia every night unless their was a cult, remember mad scum can kill cult as well at night... which if there is 3-4 cult rn would be a real thing tonight IMO...

It didn't for Jabba but he did it anyone and it worked...

still over a whole day right?
SO assuming Pod/Cal are what they say, that means
Clon/CV/Mad/Gnips/LP/Hero
take out Hero/LP for the cop, you leave Clon/CV/Mad/Gnips which if a cult I would gamble its these boys
1 hour ago, Madaghmire said:If I hadn’t counterclaimed, would I even be discussed as a lynch target?
Yes.

See above, if you didn't claim mad and we took hero as the insane cop you would actually be even higher on the discussed as lynch tbale
3 minutes ago, EbonHawk said:then could two insane cops be the sort of experimental Jabba was on about?
Assuming that were the case, that would clear Mad, Hero, LP, you, and me.
Leaving Pod as probably town (given his throwing Bertie under the bus), Cal as selfclaimed Doc, and only Clon and CV unclaimed.
Assuming that there is no cult, those two would presumably be our best bet.
As for this magic circle of protection, I would like point out that 1) scum had a roleblocker, 2) BGs tend to die in in place of the target. They ate effectively 1-shot docs, 3) with this many powerroles, especially the lynchproof, what is to stop scum from having additional roles like strongman and godfather?

Right now, we KNOW cops alignment is compromised, at least one, could be both. The only way this isn't the case is if there are 4 scum: Mads, LP, Ebon, and Bertie
So, we definitely learn less "good" information if we just hang one of Hero's 3. If we hang Hero, we learn more info only if Jabba is willing to give us alignment.
If we hang you, we KNOW GNIP is either good or bad after your death. Your sanity is confirmed through Matt's death.
I think it should come down between hanging Mads or Hero, because right now we have enough information to solve for x based on results. If we hang Hero, I think it's mostly safe to clear Mads as no one else has counterclaimed cop. Likewise vice-versa.
If NEITHER are lying, both are insane cops, it's easy to deduce who is scum based on who's left. I am inclined to believe Pod, as he was hard charging Bertie, and CV despite his unyielding quest to hang me, was also early on Bertie. So with that, I more believe that at least one, if not both, scum are in the pool of investigated players/players claiming cops.
Probably 1 or 2 scum:
@GhostofNobodyInParticular : -Antitown (Mads)
@Lord Preyer : -Antitown (Hero)
@EbonHawk : -Antitown (Hero)
@Madaghmire : Claiming insane cop
@Herowannabe : Claiming cop (sanity unknown)
Probably clear or maybe 1 scum:
@PodRacer - claiming protector of some kind
@Caldias : - claiming town doctor
I feel like arguments can be made for both Mad and Hero being town. Mad seemed town to me most of the game, and Hero's claim is consistent with his post history, which could just be a savvy scum, but if so then grats you deserve a win. He said he was "working on it" when asked for good info.
I haven't gotten answers yet and am heading out for a while, but will be monitoring. If I made any logical errors please let me know.
@The Jabbawookie when does day end?
