I can't shake the feeling that for all his voting and unvoting he's giving CV too much of a pass this game.
I also can't understand why Pod is warning us all to claim roles if we're at L-2. In the last game I played, Pod killed me at L-1 before I claimed my PGO role--he said this was because he thought I was scum, and didn't want me to claim a power role like doc. Now he's giving us all a warning so that we have a chance to claim our roles? If he wants everyone to have a chance to claim a role, why do a sudden hammer at L-1? Compare Podracer in that game vs. this game, tell me if you understand the logic.

I have no new info on Caldias, but he doesn't look as suspicious as he did previously. Maybe because he's been pretty level-headed in our disagreements. Which is also typical for scum Cal, but he's not my #1 anymore.

You were online at EOD lurking but not posting Bertie, hence why I suggested that if someone got put to L1 you would probably quick hammer them without a claim.
We know our own.

I am not sure of him being scum, but he hasn't been doing himself any favors. I still don't understand his reasons for voting Caldias, or claiming vanilla town when there are no votes on him.

If that is what you meant, that's hilarious. I'm not sure that I buy it though.
I thought you meant that you would be the one doing the hammering, and you were giving everyone a heads up. "Hi Bertie" seemed like a pretty clear reference to the last game we played, when you did exactly that to me, hammering me before I could claim PGO.
Well, for me Bertie seems scummy. He backed off of me because he said I am reasonable in our disagreements, but I still don't have a reason he suspected me in the first place. He said my first posts were my so-called typical scum posts, but this is vague. What about my posts were scummy? Bertie seemed just to repeat what GNIP said.

I agreed with some of GNIP's points, but I was the first person to point out your vote on Matt seemed like a potential scum move (even if atypical for you, since you typically don't vote so early as scum). GNIP didn't mention your vote on Matt at all.

I can understand a little bit Matt's vote, given that he isn't going to be present for EOD, but I find his vote far too premature unless he is absenting himself from now. Otherwise, he still would have time to discuss and watch conversations rather than randomly voting.
I find Pod and Ebon acting normal.
Cal seems to be doing his scummy thing of posting but without content, so I am keeping an eye on him and advise you all to do the same.
LP has his flavor back (YAY!) and seems mostly clean for now, though he seems to have consistently missed the reasons for Pod's voting.

CV, Ebon, Pod, Matt, and I have been voted for. Ebon and Pod likely both town, typical rivalry. CV likely town, but Pod's vote typical Pod. Matt voting for me at random may seem scum, but I believe this is a typical town Matt error that Caldias is jumping on.

I'm more concerned with what was "standard scum Caldias" because to me this reads vague. What particularly did you find scummy?

I've been pushing CV/Bertie pretty hard but have been trying to tone my posts down into better quality while still having quantity, partly because of last game... I caught Jabba/Broba red handed from my read of the game, yet I can't help but feel my forceful approach was part of the reason why they both escaped multiple Ebon pushed lynches..
Hence this game, I'm still pushing hard on my gut reads for today CV/Berite, but trying to put the message across in a more palatable way. Hence my pushs on CV/Bertie not being 20 post whole page ebon trains... yet somehow I still take up half of the pages with posts

I am pretty new to this game, I have only played games where you are scum, and it seemed to me that you were starting off D1 lighthearted before making a serious accusation, which I have seen you do as scum before. I would have to go back to previous games to see if that's how you play town. But if you were scum, that seems to be a standard way of starting your game.
The real meat of my post, though, was not those three words you quoted, but my analysis of your vote on Matt.

Now comes in Bertie, in the EXACT SAME WAY he voted me (just after I started looking to CV to push that read) almost like he waits for the player to focus elsewhere then he swoops in hiding the fact he's voting because Pod thought he was scummy? Makes a good CV point though, although even pod said he had room for error
Also the bit about POD and roles taken out of context, Pod was replying to Cal asking if he should role claim, Cal asked me and Mad, Pod also offered his town cents...

especially hero coming in to vote for me with the vaguest reasons after I call him out and place him in my top 3 lol
as you can tell, I'm back home, looking like my Grandad could be in till come December. Hopefully out sooner, I will keep you guys appraised as/when I have to go for any extended time, but I will still be on to post through the majority of the daytime, as visiting is limited at the moment to short times anyway so it shouldn't affect the game in the coming days
