Technically speaking, it is. I'm not going to vote for someone random. I think we need to have a lynch, so I voted for the Unit that Seemed the highest possible likelihood of A hammer at the time, also I didn't read him as CIS at all. I am not one of the saboteurs though, my inclination towards a hammer is based purely on the Intereast of information.
