nope, I don't feel that self voting will help.
Either we do it as a town block to confirm a role, or we look elsewhere. I read you as town I'm sure there is others, key thing I think if we look at CV/Clon and get a cult that confirms big numbers of bad guys, if we get a scum game nearly over/over maybe if 2 scum.
and we could have both cops scan each other in the night? wouldn't that confirm them both, as insane or sane

I do think they should be examined. But when people push the wrong conclusion its my responsibility to push back against it.

If they were both insane, they'd both get antitown.
If one was sane and the other not, they'd get opposite results, and due to the fact that we think them both insane, we'd end up lynching the sane one.
If one was sane and the other lying, we'd get am antitown from the sane one, which we would read as town, and presumably a town from the other, meaning we would lynch the sane cop (and presumably thereby revealing the other to be lying). Alternatively, the liar would also return antitown, making us think there were 2 insane cops.
If one was insane and the other lying, we'd get a town result from the insane (baring Godfather intervention), which would lead to a lynch of the liar. Presumably in this case the liar would also claim a town result to directly contradict the cop and toss us into a 50-50 choice, thereby improving his odds of survival.
If one was insane and the other a godfather, we'd get an antitown result from the insane, and presumably the godfather would also return an antitown result, thus convincing us that they were both insane.
So ultimately, having the cops scan each other is pretty pointless.

I believe them both, but the way I see it the most believable and unbelievable thing on mads claim is matt. Which is as said either proof of insane cop, or a lie in the vein of jabba (which mad did get tetchy about when raised).
