Another daft question, how does a ship get rid of a tractor beam token , is it removed in the end turn ? If it has multiple tokens what then ?

"END PHASE
The End Phase is the fifth phase of the round. During the End Phase, all
circular tokens are removed from all ships. Then, each card with a recurring
charge icon recovers one charge." - rules reference page 10

on page 18 of the rules reference you can see the token is round. (or look at your token)
