So I have a question, I read, I believe from ffg that if a deck has one horseman in it, it will have all of them. If a horseman gets printed as a maverick will the other 3 be included in the deck as mavericks as well?

Its possible. They could also end up as mavericks in your other two houses.

Frankly the most fitting would be Dis Death, Untamed Famine & Pestilence and Brobnar War.
