Does Range 0 also include yourself? Not just things you are touching. If so, please show me where to find it!!

I found something in the Core Rulebook, under measuring ranges, just nothing in the RRG.

Its currently only explicitly stated in that spot in the Core Rulebook, but yes ships are Range 0 of themselves.

Ships are never in their own arc though. Just to cover that base just incase it pops up.
