Questions on Minister Tua!

" At the start of the Engagement Phase, if you are damaged, you may perform a red Reinforce action". So, let's say that I have Minister Tua in a Decimator. If I am not stressed, can I perform an action in the activation phase and a red Reinforce action in the Engagement phase? Furthermore, if I have partially performed a maneuver and have skipped my Perform Action step, can I still perform the red Reinforce action in the Engagement phase? Finally, "if you are damaged" means having at least on damage card assigned?

1. Yes! As long as the action you did in the activation phase wasn't a Reinforce, and you aren't stressed, you can perform the red Reinforce in the Engagement phase.

2. Yes! Partially executing a maneuver (Usually due to a bump) only results in the loss of your normal action step; you can still do the red Reinforce provided you aren't stressed.

3. "If you are damaged" does indeed mean having at least 1 damage card.

For completeness, it's possible to be Damaged and still Shielded, for instance if Seyn Marana activated his pilot ability against you.

Can you do the Reinforce action if you havent got it on your action bar with Tua?

There are obviously ships that can take this crew card but dont have the action listed on their bar...
