I didn't know Scimtar was the ships maiden name, I had always thought it was the model name from the manufacturer. I had heard of souless one as a maiden name some where but had honestly forgotten. I knew of Anakins mod Delta's but didn't know they had a name.

I'll stick with "Bulbasaur".
How about the "Blub"?

Seconded!
Don’t you think there should automatically be an emoji for every Pokémon? <writes to Unicode Consortium>
Guys there’s a designated Beezlebulbasaur thread already, making this thread a second one is just confusing.

When tangents happen they happen. Able to puzzle out anything new from the low res info dump?

And I actually thought we were in that thread!

I couldn’t keep it straight ?
I’m not mad. Just disappointed.

I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us are. Very hard to explain why you're mad, even if you're not mad.
SO, outside of buying either old or new Zeds and a conversion pack, how are we to add more Rebel Headhunters?

Wait for the Rebel pack?
Same as we have to do for... 80% of the game right now?

You mean outside of being patient for the Rebel one to be released or doing what Scum players had to do in 1.0? We're 2 waves in ( Wave 0 and Wave 1), Scum Z is in wave 3.
I haven't seen too much discussion of grappling struts on here yet, and they look like a pretty interesting mechanic. Clearing stress and parking on rocks is powerful, but it's balanced by the fact that the only way to leave the rock is a 2fwd.
Has anyone got any sneaky plans for how they will use grappling struts?

Waiting on the costs before I theory craft too much. Right now setting up 3 green protected crossfires looks tempting.

Not until I know what allows you to proc it. There don’t appear to be charges on the front of the card, but I’m guessing there’s a cost or a timing window to flipping the card, or there’d be little point in having it be double-sided.
Maybe the front gives you a defensive bonus that you lose if you want to try landing on asteroids?

I think this is a sleeper configuration in that it will need lots of playtesting and practice before we know if it is actually any good or not.
I really have no idea how good it's going to be, I mean if its 0pts then its good because options are always good, but until I play with the ships i have no idea really how it is going to work out.
The big thing though is if it does turn out to be really good we will just see a bunch of seismic charges to counter it (massive hard counter it). We are currently seeing seismic charges quite a bit anyway so it might turn out that the config is hard countered by stuff that is being played already, in that case if its 1pt or more then it will not be very good at all. I could be wrong and it could still be decent even with seismic charges on the board as they cant hit every rock at once.
@Icelom seismics do make a good counter. I think the new gas clouds being added also work as a turn 0 mitigating factor.

shhhhh i went back and fixed my post... I thought I fixed it fast enough but you are to sneaky
@Hiemfire

? Feel bad about what.

Ooo maybe they’ll be immune to seismic charges or something? They also don’t look like something a Vulture should be able to perch on, admittedly, but.

Seismics specify obstacle, unless the gas clouds are categorized as something other than an obstacle seismics will be able to detonate them.

I was gonna say maybe the rules reference would say they don’t count, but I guess Cards technically trump the rulebook, hm.

Yep, Golden Rule. Core Rulebook<Rules Reference<Card Wording.
