Disclaimer so that I don't seem like a Debbie Downer: this stuff all looks cool, I especially love the look of the V-19s and I'm only a little put out that there's no standalone version of them.
But I wouldn't be doing my duty as proud Rebel Scum if I didn't ask why we're the only faction (outside of ST) not getting a release with that wave.
Admittedly, it doesn't look like the Striker is coming with anything that isn't in the conversion kits except Conner Nets and the Scum Z-95 has no new cards at all (really surprised by that, I felt for sure they'd get two more named pilots) but it does have a brand spanking new paint job.
I could even understand just Scum getting something, because it's era appropriate and Scum are still going to be enemies of the Seps and Reps. But why the Striker?
Is the logical conclusion just that they'll also do the Rebel ARC re-release but that's so unexciting they didn't bother mentioning it?
The configuration card on the top of the ARC spread (since the Grappling Struts are already posted above):
Modification; [Title unreadable]; Republic, (Target Lock): After you perform an attack, you may choose a friendly ship at range 1 or a friendly ship with the [Bold, Unreadable] upgrade at range 1-2(?) and [spend a lock you have on the defender]. If you do, the friendly ship you chose may acquire a lock on the [defender].

what sucks is this confirms that we are stuck with what we got, no one should expect any new pilots for ALL the ships we currently have
Delta-7 has two different config cards.
Calibrated Laser Targeting adds a focus result if the defender is in your bullseye. Also takes both a config and a mod slot.
Delta-7B gives +1 attack, -1 agility, +2 shields. Takes a config slot.
I like this design, forcing you to make a choice (it's unlikely that it will have two config slots after all).
another new obstacle, on the right of the dial
If I had to guess it looks like the trash Obi-Wan dropped to escape Jango

New pilots? Probably not unless they have Heroes (or Squadrons, I guess). However, I fully expect they'll have the upgrades their factions didn't get in conversion.
How do you do a wave like this and omit the best looking ship of the group: That sleek Naboo N-1 Starfighter?

That trash was probably all his luggage, you realize.

Sith Infiltrator looks boss, but... no cloak action, or spoiled cloak mechanic?
But a cloak token in the spread, and cloaking art, so it'll have access somehow. Cloakin' Maul will probably be ultra scary and also an entire list by himself... which seems appropriate
At last the Confederacy has arrived! Time to purge all the other factions and embrace the glory of the CIS. Death to the Republic!
I mean, cough cough, sorry about that. The previews look great! Stoked here haha.
Delta-7 ship ability, "after you fully execute a maneuver, you may spend i force to do a boost or barrel roll action." That's really good, especially with all those white actions.

I disagree,
Faction locked cards actually can decrease the power creep. As they have a more restricted number of carriers. In 1e R2D2 would have been a lot less effective if he couldn't be fielded with Poe. The same now "Selfless" could be very powerfull in Republic ARCs protecting Jedi, but is not available to them.
If you refer to the fact that there would be Universal upgrades only available in certain factions ships. I fail to see how Armada is better. you can't get Itensify Firepower unless you buy into imperial (even if a Pelta can run it). So far FFG as said they would release all universal upgrades in all factions, but never said it would be in the same wave.
I did had some hope that the rerelease of the Sriker would bring new cards (not incluided in the conversion kit) and then provide a card-only upgrade pack.

It's got a flat edge so is obviously meant to be dropped.
Probably a new small ship version of rigged cargo ship.

Belbullab-22 also is only in the faction pack. I'm sure we'll see standalones in a future wave.

Grappling Struts (Open)
You ignore obstacles at range 0 and while you move through them. After you reveal your dial, if you reveal a maneuver other than a [2 straight] and are at range 0 of an asteroid or debris cloud, skip your Execute Maneuver step and remove 1 stress token. If you revealed a right or left maneuver, rotate your ship 90˚ in that direction. After you execute a maneuver, flip this card.

I do like the idea of new obstacles. I'm guessing they're some kind of mini-nebula gas thingies. And I'm looking forward to finding out how Buzzdroids work.

So, i really WOULD NOT expect new things for the original factions
Why?
Because the descrepency of options between them and the new factions is VAST
This is not a bad thing, as really we haven't scratched the surface of 2nd Ed
And honestly, a little tweeking with point costs and upgrade slots will do far more for variety than new releases

I like that it costs a force. Good abilities should have some trade-off to perform.

Probably a title, Scimitar

True, but only one of them.
My comment was more about how you can't get just one of the V-19s, unlike the Vulture droid which is doubled up in the pack but also has a standalone.
Not a big deal, and I'm sure you're right that eventually it'll be standalone. Just kinda annoying if I only wanted one at a time.

I swore for armada as well that certain upgrade cards are only in certain expansions, sometimes only in one faction. How is that any different than this is? I am not trying to be mean, just curious as I wanted Disposable Capacitors but I have to buy a Empire ship to get them. And since Armada gets releases so slow to x wing it will take ages for a chance for Rebels to get them.

This is a preview for Wave 3, FFG has a history of not showing all of the Wave at once. There could be card packs and such. They even mentioned card packs on release.
