Looks like they just changed the "when updated" date again. I can't spot any differences using PDF comparison tools.

Again... Whoever keeps monkeying with it needs their hand slapped. No Mining Guild TIE or Modified TIE/Ln on the Scum and Villainy list is a dead giveaway.

I think they might have an auto-updated turned on, or something like that. Where it will just publish changes if any were made after a certain date.

Or maybe they're moving stuff around on the back-end, and that's causing whatever system they're using to think it's actually new.

Remember, the upcoming product page occasionally shows things as updated without actually changing any data too.
