If an opponent chooses to take the 1 damage from the homing missile instead of me rolling dice, can BT-1 change the 1 damage suffered from the Homing Missile into a crit if the target is stressed? Unsure of the timing of "while you perform an attack" and "after you declare the attack" with "the attack is counted as hitting". Right now I lean towards it working.

BT-1 Changes results of the dice roll. Homing Missile applies the hit if the opponent chooses that option without dice being rolled so there are no dice results to change.
