We run a weekly operation night and are about to start Deep Jungle. I know the rules allow you to add upgrades along the way but my question is do you have to start with the same "starting list" each week then add on. Or can you change your entire list (commander, corps, etc.) each week? The rules are a little vague on that point.

You keep the same "starting list" from week to week and just add the upgrades you roll after each match for the next match.
You can also move upgrades between units.
After each game, players have the chance to update their units for future games according to the rules provided for each game. Players may move upgrades between eligible units after each game.
