Having been out of the game for 5 months or so (personal stuff,) I decided to put some money back into the game. I picked up the FD laser doing no research on it beforehand.

1) Was I stupid? Looking at the stat card, it doesn't look bad.

2) Is it an effective vehicle counter? All the impacts you can put on it are nice. I'm hoping it's good at deterring/fighting AT-ST.

The Radar Dish has found an effective niche as an area denial tool thanks to solid range 4 firepower. I haven't had a chance to play against it, so I can't say much more I'm afraid.

Played with a friend last night. And can say that it is a very effective area denial piece, but desperately needs nearby objectives to be relevant. It is actually really beefy (harder to kill than Leia without upgrades). I would say it is a solid addition to the Rebel Arsenal (unlike the EWebs, which feel immobile anyways and only have range 3). You made a wise purchase.

Thanks for the input. As a rebel player I always felt like AT-STs were ruining my day, and my hope was that the Laser Cannon would offer something to combat them.

Also picked up Solo and Boba because why not.
