Your identity card is in play, and has a deck list on the back of it. Is the opponent allowed to look at that deck list?
Are deck lists public information?
The OP rules yet, so right now we don't know. Reading the card lists and understanding the deck in a competitive play environment could be considered a "skill" thus part of OP. It is equally as likely that as the play experience is paramount, and thus the joy of discovery, that it may also be excluded from OP.
Further does Organised Play equate to competitive play? OP may end up being far more casual and fun based at a store level and only get serious once we get to Store Championships and up. So you could easily see two different rule conditions.
I assume that this *will* be addressed in the Tournament Rules, when those are published, but it's also an important question for casual play. Is the opponent's deck list *intended* to be known, since it's printed on an in-play card? Like, in the basic KeyForge experience, what should the default rule be on this?

I can say my preference for casual play is to not swap cards at the start of the game but learn as you go.
I find the whole "Check! Didn't see that turn coming did ya sucker?" to be proceeded by a "No! Did you see that turn though sucker? Check!" absolutely hilarious. While I have only played 6 games or so, I have ended with tears of laughter because of this whole thing.
