Newbie X-wing player here. The rules reference clearly defines boosts and barrel rolls as “moves”. There are specific “move” consequences to moving through or onto obstacles. You perform a boost/barrel roll and move onto an obstacle thereby failing the boost/barrel roll and moving back to where you were do you suffer the consequences of moving onto or through an obstacle, such as rolling a red dice?
