There is also the point that if Jabba isn't scum, it clears by implication in most scenarios of his role both Ebon and Matt, meaning that the survivors can insta-vote Broba or LP as soon as day begins.

That doesn't matter. With only 5 alive tomorrow and me dead, there will only be 3 alive the next day, 2 scum and one town, so they win by default at the end of next day.
