Right, sorry. This is what I meant, I forgot the term. I don't see anything sinister in his question. I wouldn't put it past him to do it, mind, but I find it less likely than it being an honest question/coincidence.

True, but my point is there is no way to tell apart the cop result returned for 3rd party or scum. So a scum caught out could claim a "relatively" harmless 3rd party role and escape further investigation.

Not to throw shade but anyone can say they were busy, not saying he's lying by any means but it's also not a 100% excuse.
I can tell you I'm busy in 30 minutes and miss the vote meanwhile sat here watching you all do it... this is a game of lying after all, and being busy with life is fine but it also makes for a fine cover story...
That combined with after explaining his absence he choose the easy option in targeting Matt before some more silence and hasn't to my knowledge gone after anyone apart from matt really
