I’m confused about shields, when and do they reset?
DO shields reset at the beginning of your turn?
Start of each player's turn. They soak damage up to their value in total for a whole turn not each time damage would be applied.

I think I understand, let’s create a scenario, on my opponents turn I have a Sequis 4 Strength, and 2 shields. My opponent attacks Sequis for 3 damage, 2 of the damage is soaked by the shields, and his strength is reduced from 4 to 3. He attacks Sequis again with another creature for 1, now Sequises strength is now down to 2. My opponent finishes his turn, now it’s my turn. Do the shields return at the beginning of my turn, or at the end of my turn, or never?
Armor is restored at the end of your turn/beginning of your opponents turn.

At the beginning of your turn. Sequis would now have two damage tokens on it but its power would still be 4 and armor would return to 2.
I know you're referring to a creature’s power as strength, but also keep in mind that damage doesn't change a creature's power level. They remain at full "strength" until there are damage tokens that equal their power placed on them. At that point they are discarded.
Ok, cool, I got it now, sorry for calling power strength, thanks for helping me out. ? ? ?
Perfect,thanks for the help. ? ? ?

No. Armour is an amount of damage absorbed each turn, so it resets whenever a players starts a new turn you or your opponent. Also, as you play a creature it has armour:
ARMOR (p9):
Some creatures have an armor value to the right of the card title. Armor prevents an amount of damage equal to the armor value that the creature would take each turn.

This. It's "ablative". It takes up to its total value each turn and then it's spent for the rest of that turn. If you're familiar with D&D, think of it as a temporary hit point pool that refills each turn.
Edited by DeathseedDeathseed- so your saying at the beginning of my turn I have a card with 2 shields, and I attack a card that has 2 strength, the damage the card does to me during the fight is absorbed by the shields, then at the end of my turn the shields reset back to 2. On my opponents turn he attacks the same card for 4, 2 of that 4 is absorbed by the shields and 2 makes it through for damage. At the end of his turn my shields reset again, is that correct?

Yep, that's how it works.
