it refers to attribute ranks for forfeiting honor or glory, is this ring rank?

Honor, Glory and Status are the social attributes. The table refers to the Honor/Glory ranks (the "tens" digit of your total Honor/Glory).

Honor rank = honor/10 round down.

Gory Rank = glory /10

status rank = status / 10
