Ok if a jakku gunrunner uses the spacetug tractor array on a ship and moves it onto an asteroid , said ship rolls for damage. But then when said ship in the movement phase leaves the asteroid does it roll for damage again?

If the maneuver template overlaps the asteroid again, yes it rolls.
