I don’t think Jan gives another ship an extra dice on all of their attacks...but need to be sure... Can she give a ship that double-tap an extra dice on both attacks?

Just the one attack

Jan can only use her pilot skill when she isn't stressed, so if she uses her skill on a ships first attack she then takes a stress, meaning she's unable to use the skill for any subsequent attacks (or double taps).

If we ever see a pilot or crew for Rebels that can remove her stress during the engagement phase she would be overly good.
