Imp generic dodgers

By Ikka, in X-Wing Squad Lists

Here's a list I'm thinking about running for my FLGS' league next month. We're limiting all unique pilots so that they can only fly once in the month, so I thought that flying generics might surprise the enemy. Thoughts on the list?

Saber Squadron Ace (40)

Predator (2)
Ship total: (42)

Saber Squadron Ace (40)

Predator (2)
Ship total: (42)

Sigma Squadron Ace (46)

Juke (4)
Collision Detector (5)
Ship total: (55)

Sigma Squadron Ace (46)

Juke (4)
Collision Detector (5)
Ship total: (55)

Total: 194

Collision detector is fantastic on phantoms.

So after two games this list is going strong- I have only lost two Interceptors and half damage a Phantom for the total destruction of the enemy.

The lists I fought weren't top-tier competitive, but each was interesting. One was a Moralo/Eamon list with movement, crew, and bomb shenanigans, had to constantly switch targets and wear down the large ships as they moved. The other was a Defender/Starwing/dual TIE hogepog that was difficult to figure out who to focus on- wound up destroying the TIEs and Starwing on the same turn and then spent three turns chasing down the Defender.

I've been lucky so far that I haven't gone head-to-head against an ace list that can move and shoot after me, but I still want to try it against one.

You can block aces, it seems not as many are talking supernatural Vader or supernatural luke. I dont see alot of advanced sensors defenders either.

Tie interceptor can 5 forward boost barrel roll to block.

So, I went 4 and 0 with this list at my monthy league. I think this is a decent list for anyone playing a No Glory variant game or any time you need a maneuverable, hard-hitting list that is semi-competitive but not a super meta list like the 4 phantoms list.
