I, too, would like to know how to aquire this card! Awesome stats, especially for the symbols. Plus, Breaker 2 with a +1M block is quite nice....

It's part of the Soul Calibur Group 9 Promo Run (SC9P).

It has NOT been officially distributed.

The when it may be distributed is a mystery at this point.

For those of you wondering what the 9P promo run is about, it's the same group of Promos as Olcadan's Mentoring, Lynette's Shop.

So it's the same case with Heel Snipe? (unofficially released in the Street Fighter UK Nationals prize support)

I just assumed it was a league promo like Soul Radiance was, but now I'm not sure. AKA, is it legal yet?
