So got my new california expansion and I don't seem to have card numbered 189, does it just not exist or am I just missing it?

I noticed mine is missing too. I’m wondering if it’s normal?

Have you done a card count to see if the number of cards you have matches what the guide says you should?

FWIW I counted all the cards. They add up to the totals in the manual and I also do not have card 189, so this seems deliberate.

I found the same thing. I ran through the quests and could not find a quest that called card 189. I think the devs just goofed and skipped it.
