Hi,

I'm fairly new to Armada and I thought as one of my first battles I'll try some sort of Imperial MSU list. And as I like the look of GSD and Raiders, I tried to make them the main pieces of the fleet. One thing I'm not sure about are Gozantis, if I really need them and if it wouldn't be better to replace them with a Raider with FT, Kallus, OE and Instigator or Insidious. That would leave 23 point to spare, which could either be used for a bid or I could fit in naked Gozanti to reach 6 activations.

Hyperspace Assault for yellow; Demo or maaaaybe even the flagship jumping in from behind is scary. Most Wanted or even Opening Salvo will likely help more than Station Assault. It can be difficult to really stay put or lock down an area with MSU, and if you drift from the stations, they may find easy shots as they disengage. The rest of the list looks good, not much I’d change and nothing I feel comfortable holding up as “better.”

It’s good as is. You’ll have the occasional bad matchup as it is a list the really skews in one direction, but as far as Imperial MSU goes, I think it’s solid. Against squadrons, you’re going to lose some ships so it’ll come down to how well you fly it and stay spread while concentrating firepower at the right time. Practice and figure out what sorts of fleets that you’re weak against. Cymoon ISDs with Gunnery Teams and Vader will likely be a problem. Ackbar broadsides will be a challenge unless you can get in front.
