Not that this would happen in a Tournament, But, if something like this happened and I absolutely had to make a ruling on it for tournament integrity... (IE, they couldn't replay or restart, etc)

The game has effectively Ended with equal points to both players. In the spirit of the tournament rules, this would be a 6-5 MOV 0 Victory to the 2nd Player.

@Rhysen and I just finished our match for the Vassal Autumn Tournament that I'd like to include for my scores. The matchup was a horrible one for him, no squad ISD and double VSD against Rebel bombers. His first VSD died turn 2 and his ISD on turn 3. With his remaining VSD about to eat the next wave of bomb runs, he conceded. 400 MoV, 10-1.

There's a logfile if you want to see the nastiness that @geek19 described in the Garm update.

I don't understand this map... Why does Utah get eastern Washington while Washington gets Utah?
