Yea only your round 4 (plus cut games if you make it) will count

So as Clontroper5 said, games you've played don't count, but your Round 4 game certainly can! If you make top 4 and go on to the cut round, you're automatically in, so it doesn't matter about your games at that point. (If you want to become a bounty though, that's up to you.)

You can play any vassal games, even just pick up games so there is still plenty of chance!

Any games you play count. It doesn't have to be the tournament. In fact, it should be just some fun casual games!

You have to get 21 points from games played after the OP was created. So next rounds game counts, but your previous 18 points don’t.
