EDIT - Not actually that many HP. The deci is the most tempting target, of course. But with the low I value and rotating arcs, it makes a great blocker w/ Vader for extra funsies.

Whisper and soontir good just decimator is not great right now, but at least you can block and still Vader ships at range 0.
