should make tl a **** of a lot easier for the I2 pilots?

Dutch's "regardless of range" clause makes bohdi kinda irrelevant. If dutch can lock at I4, the others can to.

I am not so sure that it is irrelevant. I am giving it a try. The reason is that is easier to have tl and focus for the y-wings if they are not in formation. Aswell, if a I2 Y-wing is moving in front, further than the rest, it can make it harder did enemies to get into r1 or arc dodge, because you can still have others further back that will achieve to a lock. So maybe you are right. Atm, I think this can work for me... Just not fly in formation, but a range or two between some of them...

I do see your point of view regarding Dutch: he is the one who should be able to grab a lock the easiest. And there is no range restriction. I think/hope/believe it will be easier to set up a proton torpedo attack, if the I2 (or any ship that is out if range) can get a lock on the turn before they actually will shoot aswell
