Do you really think that Sato will do anything usefull with these 4 squadrons against a 2 ship list? Especially when you need the two VCX for token shuffle?
I really don't think so. `These squadrons will die way to fast, and after this there is a Sato with no effect. The Hammerheads might not even be able to do anything, other than catching fire. And my dips, when it comes to ISD vs. MC75, are on the Star Destroyer. A Hammerhead, against these two ship squadrons, will die. One each round. Jendon, Stele + Morna are doing easy 6-7 damage. These last two or three are not this hard (for the remaining squadrons).
From my observations (i have not played with rebels against two ships so far) i would say the best answers are Rieekan and Raddus on the Rebel side.
Rieekan because you can place a blocker somewhere, to prevent his double attack. Just sacrifice a transport. Or, in worst case, to fire back if you lose a ship on the double.
Raddus because you can negate his last/first really well. Just dropping the ship after Pryce or in the turn with Pryce. He has only one attack and not two this way. You just have to deal with the squadrons.
Both could work with or without squadrons. With squadrons it is just a bit easier.
