Hey, wait a minute. I just remembered something after I posted that last one. Aren't we only able to trigger a response action once per card copy and once per trigger? Or is that only for actions that specify a turn phase or game effect? I need to check the paper again.......

Right:
Response actions are a subset of actions
that can only be triggered during the stated
trigger in the ability.
So you can play something "in response" until the cows come home, as long as it doesn't have a trigger. You can use an action with a trigger (even if it is not "in response") only once per trigger. You are responding to a particular condition rather than an opponent's action. Just remember: Action/action, Cost/cost/(cost*), and Response/In Resposne. I'm actually kind of liking fizzbin at this point.
I'm sure FFG is going to roll out a new FAQ here in the next week before regionals. I mean, they gotta, right? Right? Seriously, I can't even imagine trying to officiate a tournament with just the 1.0 FAQ and rulebook. At least we know that when it gets here, we'll be treated to another dozen or so pages of recycled GW art interspliced with those morsels of mechanical elucidation. Many a happy hour have I spend gazing on the FULL-PAGE Dark Zealot from FAQ 1.0. He is meant to welcome me to the half-page "Timing Structure" section of the document, but in my experience, he contains the very essence of the timing structure in his pixelated brushstrokes. You couldn't get that in a raw text document, that's for sure.
