Quick question here: Poe with BB8 and Black One dials in a blue manuever and executes it. He takes the SLAM action but before executing the SLAM, he BB8 barrel rolls linked focus, then executes a blue slam maneuver, into a TL / poe ability boost.
Sound possible by the rules?

Can only do that once though, and then only 1 bb8 in rounds after.
It's alot invested into one mega turn.
But I can't think of any other triple reposition ships.... Nasty.

Might have to have the BB8 barrel roll > red focus before the first maneuver instead of having it trigger off the SLAM, the stress from the Focus might cancel out the SLAM and render none of the actions done.

Slight flaw with your plan here:
The T-70 has a Focus into linked Roll, not the other way around. Probably exactly to stop BB shenanigans.
given theres a generic BB now which gives roll, its probably a focus into a roll specifically to stop this.
Even though these hyper-action economy that MUST happen in a specific order are almost never worth it. Especially when BB has charges so you'd only want to use him if you think you absolutely need to. Worst feeling ever is getting in a scenario where you REALLY need that ability but you already used it up on jank maneuvers instead of save-my-butt situations.
I'm wondering where the TL comes from if Poe used his Perform Action step to SLAM.
What I'm seeing as possible:
1) Reveal blue maneuver
2) BB-8 Boost
3) Poe ability Focus
4) S-foils linked barrel roll
5) Blue maneuver clears stress
6) Perform action: SLAM
This gets you Poe's one-time-only stress-free Three Repositions + Focus turn.
Additional notes:
1) Your S-foils are locked into the closed position for the turn (BB-8's timing window is after S-foils, so no Supernatural Luke reposition + open foils shenanigans)
2) As otherwise noted, you can't mess much with the order, excepting that you can save the barrel roll + focus for last at the cost of remaining stressed.
3) You CAN add a fifth action to the end of the chain, assuming he has the ability to equip Advanced SLAM. However, this assumes that you would be willing to sink points into a mod you will use to gain exactly one action over the course of the entire game, and would rather do that than equip something more useful.

Does this not fall over at step 4? Poe's ability Focus make the focus action red, meaning he can't perform the linked barrel roll.

Also worth mentioning that BB8 can trigger from the blue 1-straight from the ion maneuver on the turn after using Black One.

(Now fully rested): Though with Afterburners we could see: Reveal 3-speed blue maneuver. 1) BB8 Barrel roll, 2) Poe Ability focus or TL, 3) execute blue maneuver, clear stress 4) Perform action SLAM, 5) execute maneuver... 3 talon for instance(?!), 6) Afterburners boost.
Triple reposition at I6 with single mods and a Talon Roll. Seems good if expensive.
Yes, all of these work now
But, probably no relevant a lot, if you still need positioning after the Talon Roll SLAM, you probably could have just done it on the other side, or done a 90 turn instead... There may be corner case where you need so much but probably really rare.
