Phew! I don't have to buy a bunch of the same hero over and over.

Definitely a good move, removes the incentive to buy 4 heroes and lets you build a tournament legal terrain deck from a single core set!
I took 3 rocks and a totem to my last (only) tournament.
Think I’ll take 1 rock and 2 spikes next time ?
