Can I commit Take Heart to a test, fail by 2 or less triggering it, play "Look what I found!" to discover 2 clues, than play Live and learn once or twice if the test fails? Even if I drew Live and learn from Take heart?

Yes and yes.

Technically "Look what I found!" will trigger first (at the end of step 6 of the skill test), then Take Heart will trigger as part of resolving the consequences of the skill test in step 7, then the trigger point for Live and Learn is after the end of the skill test (after step 8), at which point the cards drawn from Take Heart will already be in your hand.

You may not play Live and Learn more than once in response to a single test failed. If you Live and Learn and then fail the second test, you're free to Live and Learn again after that second test.

However (and this isn't a direct response to your question, but is tangentially relevant), if you draw "Look what I found!" from Take Heart, you can't use it on the same test because that trigger point has passed by the time Take Heart resolves. Of course, if you Live and Learn the test and then fail it again by 2 or less...
