What to do with the last 10 pts? I played one game with Protons, but I only dropped 1 of them and feel like there might be a better use of points. Also, should I use IG88C or D with A? Maybe upgrade L3 to Lando?

I think your ideas go on the right direction

One idea if you wanted to try bombs again. Could replace juke with elusive and or go to seismic

I came up with something similar but went with Juke instead of Elusive on the IG's.

Upgraded to Lando and put Seismics on the IGs. I also switched IG88C to D, I have not seen myself doing a lot of boosting, so I think the ability to change my Sloop to a Hard turn is better. The flexibility of having my coordinate platform at the same initiative is good. I don't feel a huge need for a bid with this list.

Not yet, I was going to tonight, but my opponent ended up playing a Brobot list, so I switched to another list. Hopefully next week.

Put contraband cybernetics on both IGs it's really good to save you from a tight spot.

I am toying with the idea to run them with just the title and 2 other ships to share tokens, throw ships around and shoot into the reduced agility from favourable positions.
