If i cast one spell on opponet's turn, and during that turn he take another turn (example: ice path - 6. Immediately take another turn), can i cast one more spell during additional turn?

Yes. That's another turn, not the same.
For the same reason, if the Wizard cast Temporal Warp, he gains his spells at every start of the extra-turns.
