Is it possible to evade one enemy but not the other when two enemies fight together?

For instance, the Battle Hulk in the dungeon can be evaded, but if it comes up with another enemy which can't be do you have to fight them both?

You can choose which to Evade and which to fight. Assuming you can Evade. Elf with Fiend Slayer (or Prophesy in play) draws 2 cards, if he is Woods-hopping, he can Evade one and fight the other if he draws 2 Enemies.
