If you're flying Fel correctly, you're dodging arcs and lining up bullseye shots for the free focus token. Predator further rewards that playstyle by giving Fel the only attack modification he can't get on his own otherwise: rerolls. Granted, it's only 1, but that is often enough with a 3 die primary that also usually has a focus
