“Margin of Error” and “Spectator” Rules, clarification seem more defined. Which is good with all the talk about seeing things on streams or at a tournament live and wanting to tell a TO because of game state issues.

Yes, you missed a very big something. All ships give up half points regardless of base size. This was part of the announcement way back in May.

Looks like half points awarded to the opponent rounds up. In other words, if your opponent has an 85-point Vader with 3 hull and 2 shields and you manage to plink off 2 shields and 1 hull by the end of the match, then you receive 43 points. In 1st Edition, didn't half-points on large base ships round down instead of up?
