I'm in Canon City. Thinking of playing for the first time. Are the tournaments pretty intense or more lite-hearted fun? Trying to get my army painted.

Generally pretty relaxed. This tournament is geared more towards the competitive side but there will be participation prizes as well as competitive prizes. If you want to check out the group stop by this coming Saturday, October 27th, for Legion Open Play day.

We are planning some events in December using some of the Operations from the Organized Play website.

Also, painted minis are definitely not a requirement to play.
