Moldy Crow, makes the Hawk a 3 dice primary attack, does this mean the Hawks turret, becomes 3 dice all ways round, or just out of the front?

It doesn't change the turret at all, it gives you an additional Primary Weapon to the front. So your turret can be pointing left and you can decide to do a 2 dice turret primary attack OR a 3 dice front arc primary attack for example.
