i'm very sorry to hear that. did he at least explain his line of reasoning? it won't work. they're not playing the game by the rules, so why should you? i recommend the approach of just doing what you want in that case. if they overrule you, they need an explanation, right? start giving yourself range bonuses for torpedoes and missiles, change your dials in the activation phase, don't remove green tokens for your ships in the end phase.

you understand how roark and swarm tactics works by the rules, right? how can they claim it works any other way?
