Hmmph. This rings of a mistake, and I can be 100% sure we have a scum vote on there. Unfortunately, the only thing provable to the rest of you is if I am scum, Cal is scum (because I'd shut up and wait to surprise hammer him and win.) This doesn't work both ways though.
